Active Phased Interventions

Structured Training

Deploying deeply researched academic modules to practitioners actively managing trauma in the field, ensuring scientific protocols reach the frontlines.

Operational Flow

A Three-Phase Strategic Framework.

Our intervention is not a one-time event but a continuous cycle of education, implementation, and rigorous clinical oversight.

01

Baseline Knowledge & Sensitization

Identifying and mapping traditional bonesetters within specific districts. We begin with cultural alignment and pre-training assessments to gauge existing methodologies and equipment.

02

Intensive Clinical Training

Multi-day residential courses covering AO Alliance basic principles, splinting techniques, wound management, and hygiene protocols. Practitioners use simulators and medical models for hands-on validation.

03

Establishment of Referral Pathways

The final step is the formal integration into the national healthcare system. Every trained bonesetter is provided with a direct communication line to the regional trauma directorate for complex case transfers.
